What is the maximum size SD card that can be placed into the RLC-411S and RLC-410S cameras?

        Dear customer,
        Thanks for asking.
Theoretically, the maximum size SD card RLC-411S and 410S support is 64G. But recently, the built-in SD card is 16G. And you are not suggested to change it, for this may damage the camera.

So how does one go about changing the SIM card? 16GB isn't going to cut it for us. And it's a Mini SD card, correct? Why wouldn't it be able to handle larger than a 64GB card? That doesn't make sense to me.

          Thanks,
          Ben

The SD card is not technically user serviceable. The camera is sealed, so you would have to open it up to make the change. If I had to guess, I'd say it's a Micro SD. If you have any luck changing one please report back. I have not tried at this point.

Hello, the SD card is currently within the housing of the camera, I'm afraid we cannot change it.

We will forward a request to our R&D department and see whether we can make this easier so that users can change the SD card. If there is any update, we will let you know.

In addition, the SD card will overwrite the earlier data when it is full, you may download the video from the SD card to your computer before it is overwritten.

              Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
