To add a video or picture captured by Reolink IP camera, please follow the below instructions (Pictures shown below are captured in Reolink Client).

1. To upload local recording files:
Set up/check the Record Path in Local Settings.



The recorded files will be saved in the Record Path if you are using local recording.

2. To upload SD card recording files:
Go to remote playback to download files in SD card.



The default path for downloaded files is C:\DownloadFile.

Choose the videos that you want to share and upload it to YouTube.

3. To upload captured pictures:
Capture the pictures in preview interface.



The default path for captured pictures is: C:\Capture.

Upload the pictures to any website and link the URL at:



To add a YouTube video here, simply follow the instructions below:

（1） Click the 'Share' button below the video;
（2） Click the 'Embed' button next to the link they show you;



（3） Copy the iFrame code given and paste it here.

Thanks for your kindly reminder, this issue has been fixed immediately after you reported the problem. New users will not receive a confirmation email with uncrypted password again, and we will never keep users' password.

I would like to request it be added that when ever you open the Reolink Client Software, it can check to see if there is a software update available. That way people don’t have to continually check the website.

Also the website is not current/reliable. I just downloaded the latest Mac OS X client software. Your website shows the following version:
v2.1.7.25

However when I installed it the version was: Version 2.2.7 (2.2.7.25)

Q: so I can install 2 SATA Drives?
A: Yes.

Q: is RAID (specifically MIRRORING) supported?
A: The most common used HDD is Western Digital and Seagate. RAID can not be supported.

Max Capacity of 8TB is mentioned

Q: is this PER SATA SLOT or is does this mean a limit of two 4TB drives???
A: It can connect 2 internal HDD, each 4TB, totally 8 TB. Additionally, there is an E-SATA connector for external HDD, also 4TB supported.

Nothing is mentioned about MAXIMUM RECORDING RESOLUTION vs number of cameras
Q: Can all 16 cameras with 4MP resolution be recorded at full resolution at the same time?
A: Yes. It can record 16pcs of 4MP cameras with 4MP resolution@30fps at the same time.

Q: are other brand cameras supported?
A: No. The system can only work with reolink cameras.

Q: is the NVR ONVIF camera compliant?
A: No. The NVR can only support reolink cameras.

Dear Customer,
How about PoE IP cameras that will connect to the router or switch directly to work in internet and use phone app REOLINK for surveillance?
