Trackmix LTE Cam issue

My Trackmix LTE camera will connect to the app, show live video, record and playback video and will PTZ. I cannot turn off the PIR function, schedule times for PIR or adjust the sensitivity. I constantly get the Operation Failed notification. The camera and app have the latest updates, I've deleted the camera and the app and reinstalled them and still have the same issue. Any other suggestions???

@user_656454200799252_656454200799252 Which client are you using? Did you try the Windows client?

Note that the update check on the camera doesn't work and always shows that you have the most updated version. I suggest you to open ticket with support.
