What Is the Reolink Siren Alarm?
Every camera connected to your Home Hub can trigger its built-in siren alarm! Whether it’s motion detection from a security camera or a doorbell press, the Home Hub’s siren will activate to deter intruders or notify you of visitors.

• Automatically sound an alarm during security events (e.g., motion detection).
• Customizable ringtones and scheduling options.
• For doorbell cameras: Set a Visitor Ringtone for doorbell presses.

How to Set Up the Siren Alarm
Step 1: Add Your Camera to the Home Hub
Before configuring the siren, make sure your Reolink camera is paired with the Home Hub.

Step 2: Access the Siren Settings

1. Open the Reolink app and go to your camera’s live view.
2. Tap the gear icon (top-right corner) to open settings.
3. Scroll to the Home Hub Siren section.

Step 3: Enable & Customize the Siren

1. Turn on the siren: Toggle the switch to enable the feature.
2. Choose a ringtone:
   1. Preview sounds by tapping the play button next to Alarm Ringtone.
   2. Select a tone that suits your security needs (e.g., loud alarm for deterrence).
3. Set a schedule:
   1. Define Detection Types (motion, person/vehicle detection, etc.).
   2. Specify Time Periods for when the siren should activate.
4. Save your settings: Tap Save (top-right corner).

Step 4: Special Note for Doorbell Cameras
If you’re using a Reolink doorbell camera:

• Enable the Visitor Ringtone to play a custom sound (or greeting) when the doorbell is pressed.
• Adjust this under the same Home Hub Siren settings menu.
