    Cannot reset password

      I have the RLK8-410B2D2 POE NVR Kit.  I set an admin password today, and now I cannot log back into my NVR.  I am sure I'm entering the password that I entered twice when I set it up.

      I attempted to reset the password using Method 2 described here https://reolink.com/faq/reset-password-of-your-nvr/, However, after holding the reset button for 10 seconds and the buzzer beeps, nothing happens. The password setup/change box does not appear.

      My NVR is directly connected to a monitor using an HDMI cable. I can see my two cameras' live previews.

      How can I obtain the Super Password generator app?

        Hi, please kindly send email to support@reolink.com then they will give you the Super Password generator app and tell you how to reset it.
