I have the RLK8-410B2D2 POE NVR Kit. I set an admin password today, and now I cannot log back into my NVR. I am sure I'm entering the password that I entered twice when I set it up.I attempted to reset the password using Method 2 described here https://reolink.com/faq/reset-password-of-your-nvr/, However, after holding the reset [censored]on for 10 seconds and the buzzer beeps, nothing happens. The password setup/change box does not appear.My NVR is directly connected to a monitor using an HDMI cable. I can see my two cameras' live previews.How can I obtain the Super Password generator app?Thanks! Mike
Will the "Upgrade From Local" option be present only when a USB drive is inserted into the USB port?
Hello. Trying to upgrade firmware on the NVR for my RLK8-410B4 NVR Kit. Using both Mac Client 2.2.8.30 and Windows client 7.1.2.36 I do not see any "Upgrade..." [censored]ons for NVR or IPC in the Maintenance Tab. Please advise.ThanksMike
