If you’re looking to connect your Reolink camera via a web browser or stream live views using protocols like RTSP, ONVIF, or others, configuring the correct port settings is essential. Below is a detailed guide to help you set up ports for your Reolink devices.

      Important Notes Before Configuring Ports

      1. Battery-powered cameras (e.g., Argus, Go, etc.) do not support port configuration.
      2. Port numbers must be within the range 1–65535.
      3. If the port settings page isn’t loading, try rebooting your camera and router.
      4. Device-specific limitations:
        • E1/Lumus: Does NOT support HTTP/HTTPS/RTMP/RTSP/ONVIF ports.
        • E1 Pro: Does NOT support HTTP/HTTPS/RTMP ports.
      5. For cameras with Smart Detection (Person/Vehicle/Pet), you can toggle RTMP/HTTP/HTTPS/RTSP/ONVIF ports ON/OFF. Other cameras lack this toggle—ensure ports are enabled if experiencing issues with 3rd-party apps.

      How to Configure Port Settings
      Via Reolink App

      1. Open the Reolink App, tap the Settings icon (top-right) > Select your camera.
      2. Go to Network Information > Advanced.
      3. Enable the required ports (e.g., HTTP, RTSP) and adjust port numbers if needed.

      Via Reolink NVR (New UI)

      1. Launch the NVR’s menu, navigate to Settings > Network > Advanced.
      2. Click Server Settings to view and customize all port values.

      Troubleshooting Tips

      • If ports don’t work after configuration, double-check your router’s port forwarding rules.
      • Ensure firmware for your camera/NVR is up to date.
