      I purchased several of these to add to my blue iris air gapped pc system ( more on that in a minute). I have each plugged in with the supplied cable to my Poe. I put the included cd in and installed the software. I followed the included directions and added the devices ( I got an already exists message ) I can see the ip for each camera once I double click the camera in the list of devices, it displays all the available information. The cameras will not login. In the software the camera stays says “login failed” and it tries to keep logging in. Only the edit camera and trash icons work. The settings widget won’t work due to no login.

      I jumped over on blue iris and attempted to add the cameras that way using the reolink option and changing the port search to 8000 like suggested in the faq. It appears that the software won’t log into the camera and that is what’s keeping me from changing camera settings, passwords ip addresses, ect. I have no desire to use this camera on reolink mobile, the cameras will be added to a pc.
      Thoughts? I initially purchased these for the claim of blue iris compatibility and the sound, but I’m starting to think of returning them.

        Hi there,
        My suggestions are-
        resetting the cameras first (https://reolink.com/faq/reset-reolink-camera/);
        going to download and install the latest version of Client at https://reolink.com/software-and-manual/
        trying adding the cameras to the client software again;

        You can also try pasting the IP address of the camera to a broswer and see if you can open and view it correctly.
