UID connection issues

Hello,

I have studied Business Informatics although I am not able to get regular working conditions with the 423.

I own a FritzBox 7590 which is the best router you can buy for money in Central Europe.

Only VPN makes smooth connections or sometimes exposed host configuration although a 50€ ip camera works fine with the firewall and everything.

Does it help making Port forward for UID remote connection on iOS"?

What can I do next!?

Not exactly sure about what problem you are having. My guess is you're having a hard time connecting to your RLC-423 camera? Would you please contact our support for doing some tests together? We will try to help you out ASAP.
