RLC-410

Hi there

I have installed my RLC-410 purchased off amazon... However, it fails to save any settings... The app connects, I can set the name of the cam and a password which is fine and it seems to save

It works for a few mins, then if I leave the app and try and go back into the cam the whole lot has reverted back asking me to setup once again.

I'm confused how this is supposed to work. I had this all setup with my Synology NAS briefly but now cannot get it to connect at all

Changing from NTSC to PAL seems to change ok but requires the cam to restart which immediately resets everything back to unconfigured

Really am frustrated with the camera and wishing I had picked a more established brand.

Anyone having the same issue?
