Can\’t view cameras at all or remotely

I recently bought this system and so far I am not impressed with company claiming to have simple set up. I had all cameras connected and mounted but when I went in and changed the wifi password and clicked apply, they all vanished and will not reconnect. I made sure they were all checked like the screen said. Does this mean I have to unmounted each one and bring it to an Ethernet cable to attached back to the dvr? What a bunch of pointless trouble. Plus, when they were connected, I never was able to connect them to see on my cell phone unless I was connected to the home network. Can anyone help me with these issues or did I waste my money?

Hi, may I know did you get the video loss error message on the screen? If it is so, please refer to Troubleshooting – ”Video Loss” in Reolink PoE NVR to check, also, you may contact our support team for help, refer to https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
