      I just bought the 5MP version of the RLC-410 and also own the 4MP version as well. The audio on the 5MP is way too quiet. If I speak during live view for a 4MP cam located in the other room I can still hear my voice. If I do the same for the 5MP version which is in the same room I hear nothing. At first I thought the audio was broken until I got right next to the new 5MP cam and had to speak directly into it from inches away in order to hear any audio. The camera has the latest firmware and I have seen a few other reviews that mention this issue which occurs both though the App and Windows Client. Is there something I can do to fix this that I haven't thought of yet? Thanks --Chris

        Nevermind I figured it out upon further inspection the audio port was blocked... please disregard this post I'm not sure how to delete it. Thanks again! -CK
