Video Playback Problems - RLC-410 S

I have 3 RLC-410S cameras. I receive videos via email from all 3 cameras, but only 1 of the 3 videos will playback on my iPhone or computer (external hard drive ). I have rebooted both cameras without a change. I am using the app and client.
Can someone help?

In that case, it's recommended to send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
