Can't work out the difference between 410(5mp) and 520 models?

Other than he Bullet vs dome - can anybody tell me what the main specification difference is between these models?
And, does fitting any Reolink dome camera on a vertical wall require any special housing / attachment?

Hi Will,

The main difference for the 410(5MP) AND 520 is the appearance.
Except that, there is no other main difference.
