820A mounting

Am I missing something on mounting the 820A? It mounts by rotating onto the mounting plate...not even a quarter turn. It doesn't seem to lock in or anything, just lines up and turns. If it's not mounted out if reach, you can easily defeat the camera by turning it slightly and unplugging it. Is there something more secure I'm missing?
