My RLC-810A camera's buffer a lot in "clear" mode when I'm watching live video on my desktop or laptop using the Reolink windows app (8.2.6). The live streaming image is fine with no buffering at all when I'm viewing from the Reolink Andriod app on my cell phone or directly from my Reolink RLN16-410 NVR. Why is this?
What kind of cpu's are in the laptop/desktop? Check your cpu usage in task manager. Also check your wifi connection, clear uses 6mbps by default or 8 if you set it higher, its not much but if your at someones place and they have a 25mbps connection and are streaming netflix or something, your 8mbps stream will most likely be impacted.
