My other Reolink cameras have great B&W night video, but this one is very grainy
Day and Night is set to Auto
Exposure is set to Auto
Backlight is set to Auto

My Windows client just updated and now Playback does not show any recordings for any cameras (recordings still work with android app)
Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi there, please try to drag the camera to the main screen when you playback the camera.
For the display problem, you can upgrade the camera firmware to adjust. There is the new Brightness&Shadow setting, which is the improvement of the backlight and exposure setting. You can download the firmware here, https://reolink.com/download-center/.

It looks like the firmware does not apply to my hardware ver
My ver is IPC_3816M

But the firmware applies to IPC_51316M or IPC_51516M5M
