    Argus Camera won't hook up to PC Client software - works great on mobile app

      Hello - I just got my 3 argus cameras in the mail today. They hook up great to the phone app but they will not hook up to the PC Client software. I have 5 other cameras attached to the software and they work great. It won't find the argus with a scan nor will it log into the camera if I put in the manual data. HELP!

        Dear Rodney,
        For now, Reolink Argus cameras can only be added to Reolink App.
        That's to say, you can not view them on Web client or desktop client software. Sorry for any possible inconvenience.

          What kind of crap is this? The whole reason I bought my Argus was to expect the same support that I have with my current PoE cameras. Any ETA when the desktop client will support scanning a WLAN?

            I am having the same issue, I want to use my Mac to see my camera output, so very interested in when this will be possible

                Hi Guys, is there any update on this? I have just received my Argus and I'm dismayed to find out I can't connect to it other than via the mobile app. I have no way of integrating the camera into my existing setup.

                Is there an ETA on when this will be supported.

                Also the email alerting just does not work so I'm left with a camera that is next to useless.

                    No update, it’s impossible to connect it other than via the mobile app. I’m very disapointed too. I can’t connnect it via my domotic box, so can’t connect to my NAS synology.

                        I'm extremely disappointed at this not been already taken cared of. This should be at the highest priority to address.
                        The complete idea can't be that you should run around with the phone every time you want to look at your cameras.
                        It should not matter if they are wired or wireless the idea is to have decent visibility and you don't achieve that on a freaking 4,7" screen.
                        The APP is for me only an added on... Primary is the PC/MAC-client or the NVR application itself where the output to a bigger screen should show all our reolink cameras wired and wireless.

                        Get a grip it's is only Software and address this asap. You are losing ground.

                        What does "working on it" means? Pls, provide a decent ETA. So that anyone with particular needs can take appropriated actions.

                          Any news on this yet?
                          I just want to be able to record stream to iSpyConnect.
                          Is there a path that I can get the stream and audio from?
                          It's currently plugged in via the USB port on the camera so no concerns about battery life.
