Reolink Keen Setup

I have a Reolink Keen I am trying to set it up.I also bought 2 Reolink Argus 2,s and had no problems setting them up.The Reolink Keen reads the Bar Code ok but when I try and get the Camera to read the Bar code from my Phone it will not read it any Ideas why this might be many thanks Steve.
