      1) I have had 3 attempts to attach the Eco to the security mount so that the camera is the right way round.
Each time, the aerial has got in the way and I have been forced to mount the camera upside down and the use the App to rotate the image.
Anyone else had a similar problem?

      2) I have cursed the little white spacer which fits inside the mount. If you are up a ladder, you have to be very careful to ensure the spacer doesn't fall out when you unscrew the camera from the mount.

      3) What is the purpose of the lock screw? I have watched an official Reolink YouTube video and they obviously don't have the lock screw fitted and simply screw the camera to the mount.

The screws are used to fix the camera to the wall, you need to drill holes on the wall according to the template at first, then use the screw to fix the camera. And you can install the antenna to the camera at first, then screw the camera to the security mount. Please find the way to install the security mount in the attachment. If you have other problem during operation, please send an email to support@reolink.com for further assistance. Thanks.

            Thank you for reply.
When I mentioned the lock screw, it is a little silver screw and there is a hole for it to be inserted and then the screw tightened.
I haven't seen any mention of this screw in the documentation and your Reolink YouTube video (https://youtu.be/01ptIq0551o) doesn't show it being used.

The sliver screw you mentioned might be the wrench which used to tighten the screw, am I right? You can check the picture shown below. If the answer is yes, the wrench does not include in the accessories of Argus Eco.

As you can see the screw is only 7mm (0.28 inches) in length.
                The screw is silver.
Without taking down the camera and unscrewing the camera from the mount I cannot show you where the screw goes, but the mount has been specially designed for the screw to go into a hole.
It's not a huge concern but I wondered why it is not mentioned in the official documentation.

The screw is used to fix the camera and the mount as the picture shown below. Sorry for the inconvenience. May I know what does the official documentation mean? The article in support center or the QSG that matches with the camera? We will check later and add the missing part in it. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

To me, the official documentation is your screenshot of 'How to Install Security Mount' (but your YouTube video doesn't mention it either). Step 3 makes no mention of the screen.
I tried using the screw as per your photos, but the camera and mount seemed to be more secure without it.

I think this is my next question.
                    What benefit does it serve?
Reolink have obviously gone to a lot of trouble to provide the screw and how it connects the camera and the mount?

I check with our senior engineer just now. The screw serves to prevent the looseness or displacement of the bracket. You can connect the mount and the camera without the screw, but the connection could be reinforced if you put the screw between them.
