      Hello,

my new Argus Pro always disconnects from WiFi, sometimes it reconnects directly and sometimes it takes a few minutes. It is doing this all the time. I attached the screenshot of my Router protocol (white is disconnects, grey is reconnects, look at the timestamps).

So I often have problems viewing the live stream, because the camera is not connected to WiFi. The camera is only connected to 2,4 Ghz and I already tried changing the channels, it did not help. I also do not think, that the WiFi signal is the problem, because the camera is just 5 m away from the router and is always connected at 72 Mbit/s, when it's connected.

Can somebody please help me here? Thank you very much!

did you ever get a solution to this? I have 3 Argus PT with Solar Panels, all 3 are doing this when trying to connect remotely via app while on wifi connection (not cellular data). very frustrating to get an alert and then not be able to check the live feed because the camera isn't connected.

I "fixed" it by using a wireless access point that only uses 2.4 GHz.

Even though my router had 2.4 and 5 GHz separated with a unique SSID, I couldn't get it to work. I just plugged in one that only supports 2.4 GHz and since then it works flawlessly.

Little bit annoying, but it works now. Next time it'll be a camera that supports both bands.

            Hope I could help!
