Unable to see anything past Noon for the last few days

I've been experiencing an issue with the cameras I'm unable to see any older footage which makes the cameras useless unless you are watching live all the time. Everyday I check my system and if there is somethning I need to look back on I was able to do it seems like now thats not possible. I've also been working with support for the last few days also and the need to talk to someone the messaging back and forth on social media isn't working. How many of you have had issues you could have worked out easily if there was someone to talk to? I need someone who knows the product to contact me I've left my phone number also still nothing. If any of yo have had this issue and can help please let me know thnaks in advaance.

Would be helpful to know (a) which cameras and (b) which method of access (Reolink Client on Mac?/Windows? vs. Reolink "app" on iPhone/Android vs direct web access).
I have Reolink RLC-410WS, RLC-410-5MP, RLC-420-5MP, and (original) Argus. All play recordings with the Reolink Windows Client and with the Android app.
