Packaging - Broken Seal Sticker

Hi all,
I just reveived my first reolink go (EU version). Ordered from 'v by vodafone' website Germany.
Unfortunately the original seal is broken and it is covered with a another transparent sticker.
So someone else might have already scanned the camera's QR code and has access to the camera once I connect it to the network?
Does the camera itself or the app show all other connected apps/devices? Is it even possible to connect multiple apps to one ReolinkGo? Can I manually remove the preowner's app/device?
Should I return the camera?
