How do I check the firmware from the NVR for the cameras and DVR?
ok I found it from the DVR but was not able to find it using the desktop software.
Hi MykMac,You can get the NVR/CAMERA firmware version in 2 ways:1. From NVR by connecting it to a monitor:NVR firmware version:Camera Firmware version:2. From Reolink Client, it can only check NVR firmware:
I upgraded my NVR firmware and now 3 cameras say invalid pa*sword ANd the image is more fuzzy.HI3535_NVR_8IP_REOLINK_L300_0428_3863_1246resolved, everything was reset back to default and I had to re-enter all pa*swords and change the tv output to 1080P
Hi MykMac,If your camera created pa*sword, you may need to input the correct pa*sword for each camera and get live view page. After upgrading the NVR, the pa*sword input before will be cleared. So, it will ask for inputting the pa*sword again. The best way is to just reset the camera and it will clear the previous pa*sword, too.
