Hi MykMac,
You can get the NVR/CAMERA firmware version in 2 ways:
1. From NVR by connecting it to a monitor:
NVR firmware version:
Camera Firmware version:
2. From Reolink Client, it can only check NVR firmware: -
I upgraded my NVR firmware and now 3 cameras say invalid password ANd the image is more fuzzy.

resolved, everything was reset back to default and I had to re-enter all passwords and change the tv output to 1080P -
Hi MykMac,
If your camera created password, you may need to input the correct password for each camera and get live view page.
After upgrading the NVR, the password input before will be cleared. So, it will ask for inputting the password again.
The best way is to just reset the camera and it will clear the previous password, too.
