Is there a compatibily problem between 16-channel NVR and B800 ?

Hello,
I bought 2 reolink system offers :
* One 8-channel NVR with B800 cam
* One 16-channel NVR with RLC-410
I'm using B800 cam on 16-channel NVR... Everything work fine for live view, but i do not understand why it doesn't record...
For information, record work with other cameras i installed : E1, RLC-511 and RLC-423. Only my two B800 doesn't record
Have you any idea ? Are B800 cam not compatibles for recording with a NVR 16-channel ? -
The 4 k cameras will not work on the 16 channel NVR. They only work on the 8 channel NVR. it is on the website.

Could we hope a compatibility with a future update of the nvr 16-channel software ? Or is it a technical incompatibility ?
