Have you guys thought about offering a Roku or apple Tv App for viewing our cameras? My cameras have been up for 2 weeks and have been working well.
I updated my wifi router and am having problems remote connecting to my NVR. I have tried opening the ports on my router to allow remote access to my NVR. But nothing seems to work. Can you please point me in the direction to get this fixed. Thanks
I have tried to find the answer to my question and I can not. I have found the NVR firmware but I am at a loss trying to find the current firmware version for cameras connected to the NVR. Can you provide some guidance on this issue? Also, I updated the firmware for the NVR via the mac client. The NVR is saying I am running "build 2002260" firmware "v2.0.0.4700_1719_20022616100"Online the lates version is "20026" I believe I am running the latest version. I just don't understand why the numbers don't match. Thanks for your help.
The 4 k cameras will not work on the 16 channel NVR. They only work on the 8 channel NVR. it is on the website.
Just wondering if I am missing something. Am I able to update the firmware in my cameras through the Mac Client program? I see online you say cameras but my client app doesn't seem to allow me to reach individual cameras only the NVR.Thanks for you help.
Bob, I know this has been asked before but it would be great if you guys would support at least 1 wireless mouse. I have separated my NVR from my router because I do not want anyone to break in my house and take my evidence by stealing the NVR. The issue is with hiding the NVR is it is difficult to change settings without getting the NVR out. Thanks,Larry
1.). I do not have this problem however I am only running 6 cameras. I would check and see if you are runnin “clear” vs “fluent” with multiple cameras sending data at the same time on clear may just be to much data for your computer to run.2.) I sometimes get a connection fail but this does not happen often3.) I am currently running a reolink NVR as well as CAT 6 cable. You may want to look at your router as an upgrade and not the NVR.Any issues I have I can almost always trace my problem to the router as it is a few years old and in general running older technology not made for this type of data transfer.
Bob,By removing the cover, will the unit still cool? I figured the fan would blow cold air over the unit.
Hey Bob,Can you list some of your suggestions here. Thanks
Hey Bob,Is the above true? This is a problem with these cameras and if you were able to have this feature it would make the camera 100% better.
On your NVR you can go to the IP screen and change the channel line up. If able I’ll try and post more detail directions later today.
