Hello, had my system running for 3 years, have the Reolink NVR with four 4MP cameras (POE). NVR is connected to router (CAT5 line), then from router to my computer (CAT5 line) so I can use the Reolink Client software on my computer to look at recordings or live.I just switched internet service companies so I have a new router. I connected NVR to new router (CAT5 line), then connected new router to computer(CAT5 line). Reolink Client software on computer doesn't seem to be connecting to NVR through the router.I can't remember how I set it up 3 years ago to go throught the router. It must not be plug and play. I re-read all the install instructions, not very detailed. How do I reestablish the link between the Reolink Client on my computer to the NVR through the router?Thank you,D
Thank you very much for contacting us!Please kindly refer to the instructions below to add your NVR to the Reolink Client via UID to see whether it works again.Add Reolink Products on the WAN via Reolink Client (Windows)Add Reolink Products on the WAN via Reolink Client (Mac)
