Remote connection issues!

I have a Ohwoai surveillance system installed(4 IP cameras are connected having these range IP 172.20.14.17).
I plugged the NVR to my network(internet).
I could only view cameras through the connected monitor, there's no camera detection on another computer on the same network, I could add the cloud ID of the NVR on the computer but no camera is detected, only blank segmented screen showed.
Also, I cannot even connect remotely.
To configure port forwarding on my router, is it the port number of the IP cameras that I need to connect or port number of the NVR?

Hi, the nvr brand is Ohwoai, right? we don't familiar with such a surveillance system brand, and we don't sure whether it is the same protocols with Reolink brand surveillance system, so the help we can provide is very limited.
It's suggested to contact the seller for help.
