I have Reolink 8Ch NVR and 8 cameras but decided to swop one of the cameras for a different Reolink model.I access the NVR using the Reolink Desktop App on my MacBookProI spent a long time trying to figure out how to 'remove' the camera in question before resorting to physically connecting a monitor to the NVR and removing the camera that way.Did I miss something or is this the only way to do this?
Sorry, it's not able to "remove" the non-working camera via Client software. If you want to sort the camera channels, you will need to plug the NVR to a monitor, then change the camera's channel on the IP channel page (monitor interface).IP-channel.png
Thank you... this is what I did in the endHopefully, other users will find this information useful I have relied upon the iOS desktop app (which is very good) but I will connect a monitor to the NVR to see what additional features may exist using this method.Do you have a comparison chart showing available features across the different programming tools? If not, maybe something for the future?
