Just received my new system purchase for black Friday and I am glad that it worked fine with the wireless mouse from amazons
      https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Wireless-Computer-Mouse-Receiver/dp/B005EJH6Z4/ref=sr_1_9?crid=16PQN5FWRX21W&dchild=1&keywords=wireless+mouse&qid=1607030839&sprefix=wireless%2Caps%2C236&sr=8-9
After upgrading the firmware to the last version the system have problems for a while restarting by it self every 30 seconds and do not even give me time to go to settings to bring it back to factory settings, after a while is working fine so far, but the most important thing is that this wireless mouse works perfectly

I agree. I've been using this wireless mouse for the past 9 months, love it!

            Hello,

            I tested the following mice:

Logitech Wireless Trackball M570 with Unifying dongle.
HP mouse supplied with PC (old).
Logitech Rebrand mouse by French distributor.

None of those wireless mice work.
            Greetings

Thank you for your information! It is suggested to use a wired mouse with the NVR, we haven't tested the wireless mouse yet.
