Feed not displaying on multiple camera view

Hello,
Setting up my second system for my in-laws and I’m having issues viewing all cameras in the 4/8/etc screen mode in my NVR. I have the base kit with the 4/4mp 410 cameras and bought 2 additional 5mp 410 cameras. When I’m 4 screen mode the two 5mp cameras display and the two 4mp (only have 4 cameras setup) cameras are just black. When I enlarge the 4mp cameras they display fine. Is this a resolution issue? Both 4mp don’t show and I’m using the provided Ethernet cable. The 5mp have my own cat 6 runs. Any ideas?! Thanks!
On the app all display fine just on the NVR through a TV connected via HDMI is the issue. -
