Upgrade my NVR

Where can I buy only the newest HW rev of the RLN8-410 with the N2MB02 so I can use my RLC-1220A in 12MP 4096X3072 resolutuion. Right now I have the RLN-410E whitch is the older HW.
I just want to but the new NVR, I already have a 4TB hard drive I can re-use and have the Reolink cameras already
When you order a NVR today on Amazon you are not guaranteed to get the latest HW.
How can I order it to ensure I only get the newest HW revision and if possible without the hard Drive
