I have an NVR kit which came with the RLC-810a cameras. I have them connected to a POE switch on my network, they show up on the app under Smart Home, but when I try to enable them it just comes up with "Operation Failed". I've done some troubleshooting and they have no UID, on the network settings there is no option to enable UID.I have other cameras that I have brought separately that are working fine with Google A*sistant. Is this a limitation of the cameras included in the kits? I have noticed the same model of camera listed separately supports Google a*sistant.
Hi there, the camera in the kit don't have a UID. So you can't add it to the NVR separately.
