      Bonjour. I am french.
      Jai reçu ma caméra hier, la mise en fonction bien, mais je ne sais pas mettre la page d'accueil avec les icones pour mettre, par exemple en Wifi.
      I got my camera yesterday , setting function well, but I do not know to the home page with icons to put , for example WiFi .

        Hello Marc,
        I'm really sorry that currently we do not have French support.
        Do you mean how to bring up the Device Settings page so that you can see all the icons for configuration? If yes, please click on the Device Settings button(the gear button) on your right side menu.

            Hello Marc,
            If the gear button is grayed out, the camera may not be added successfully. Please check the State, if it shows login failed, please click the Edit button to add the device again.

            On the Modify Device page, click on Scan Device in LAN, find you camera, then double click on it, some basic information will automatically filled in the boxes, enter the login password(by default there is no password, if you've changed it, enter the new one), click OK. Will you be able to click the gear button then?

              Bonjour, je reprend l'installation.
              Merci pour votre aide. J'essayais d'aller sur la page "Devis Settings" camera éteinte pour me familiariser avec le logiciel.
              Bon maintenant mon souci, c'est que je me connecte en Wifi, c'est ok, mais lorsque débranche la prise RJ45 la caméra s'arrête.
              Que dois-je faire pour que la camera reste connecté en Wifi.

                Hello Marc,
                Thanks for your valuable feedback.
                Once the Ethernet cable is unplugged and the camera will connect to the router wirelessly, the IP address of the camera will be changed to another one. Please give a try to add the camera one more time.
                In addition, please make sure the Wi-Fi password of your router is correct so that the camera will be successfully connected to your router.

                  Bonjour, merci pour votre réponse, effectivement, c'était le code du routeur qui était mal copié.
                  Avant d'acheter une autre caméra Reolink, j'ai 2 questions:
                  1) je n'ai pas réussi à avoir le son.
                  2) je ne sais pas comment lire les vidéos des détections de mouvements dans la mémoire aussi bien avec mon Pc ou smartphone.

                  Hello, thank you for your reply, actually, it was the router code that was poorly copied.
                  Before buying another Reolink camera, I have 2 questions:
                  1) I have not managed to get the sound.
                  2) I do not know how to read the video motion detection in the memory as well with my PC or smartphone.

                    Hello Marc,
                    As to how to get audio, please refer to the instruction below:
                    On the Reolink client software, please go to Device Settings > Encode Settings. Check the box Record Audio and go to OK to save it. Then change the Stream Type to Fluent, check the box Record Audio and go to OK.

                    On the live view screen, drag the audio button to enable sound.

                    As to the second question, if your video recording by motion detection is saved on the SD card, you can view on the client software. Please select Playback > Remote Playback. Choose your camera, then choose the date, click on the clip you want to see, then go to the Play button.

                    You may also download the video by pressing the Save button. Click on Save, then choose the file you want and click on Download.

                    The file would be downloaded to a path on your computer, you may check it under Basic Settings(the gear button at the top right). The Download Path is under General and Recorded Path which used to save the video by manual recording is under Record Settings.

                    As to the phone, if you manually record on the app, the video will be save to album.

                        On the Smart phone, please click the channel button on the top right.

                        Tick the camera you want to play, then go to Start Live View.

                        select channel

                        You shall be able to see the video then.
                        For the second question, I'm not quite sure what kind of advice you will need. May I have more information about that?

                          C'est simplement pour connaître votre mode et délais de livraison, et aux niveaux des taxes.
                          J' ignorais que le site était hors Europe, et comme s'était la première fois, j'ai été surpris et méfiant au niveau des taxes prélevés par DHL pour les douanes.
                          Malgré que Lightinthebox, m'ai promis de me rembourser 18 Euros sur les 36 Euros des taxes, je pense commander directement chez vous, pour votre patience et vos bons conseils, voila c'est tout.

                              Bon je reviens à la technique. Ce matin j'ai un gros problème! Impossible de me reconnecter à la caméra, j'ai l'ai démonté du support, connecté avec la prise RJ45,
                              impossible: The user name or password error. j'ai essayé plusieurs fois avec différents codes et noms, impossible, toujours la même erreur.
