The problem is not that I can't get the audio set to "on". I know how to turn it on. The problem is that when I do all I get is loud clicking. The audio worked fine before I upgraded the firmware.

Have you tried to reset the camera to default settings and check whether the issue still exists?
If it is possible, please send us a video clip with abnormal sound to check. You may send it by email at support@reolink.com.

Hello Ronnie,
If you move your mouse to the very left, is there a Arrow button or Next button that you can click to enter the next step? If no, it might be because the password you entered in the two boxes is not the same, please double check. Or you may test with some simple password such as 123456 to have a try.

Glad to see all of the updates; excited for the HTML5 support when it comes to the NVR.
Will there ever be a firmware option to push the stream to another rtmp/rtsp server? For example, stream a camera directly from the NVR to YouTube or another streaming service.
