      Is there any way to obtain a recent (but previous) firmware version? When I upgraded to the most recent version (2017-08-30) for RLC-410 I started having an issue that is like a very fast reboot - no configuration changes will register, the live view goes blank, and then it reappears and for a brief period I can make configuration changes again. I have a support request in but I'd like to go back to the earlier firmware (which only had a network issue).

        Me too. I upgraded to latest firmware for RLC-422 and the streams stopped working. So I need access to older firmware to downgrade.

            I have the same Problem. I have install the FW for the 4 MP Version and not for the 5 MP 422 Cam.
            Have you an FW for me?
