How about it? Please let us know. I have 8 of the RLC-410-5MP cameras and one of them is acting up after power failures. I'd really like to try a new firmware if available. The camera works 99% of the time just fine. Please just let us know something about timetable etc for firmware?

Ditto. Not willing to have devices exposed to the WAN if the firmware isn't maintained. Please don't make me regret buying these RLC-410-5MP cameras!

Poor service Reolink. I see there is new firmware 11/03/19 for the 5MP 410 but only if it is hardware version 51316 at
                https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008850853-03-11-2019-Firmware-for-Reolink-IP-Cameras-IPC-51316M-IPC-51516M-

But I only found that link by absolute fluke when clicking on the support tab. The link is NOT where all firmware should be www.reolink.com/firmware

I have the same problem. I Could not find a firmware update for RLC-410-5MP. Contacted support and they sent me the link below. Not sue why its so hard to find? I too am having issues with motion sensor. Keeps alerting no matter the settings.
NO way to turn it off? Maybe firmware will help.
