How do I actually upgrade the NVR as there's only one USB port?

Hi - as it says, I need to - apparently, - upgrade the Firmware to solve a camera problem where it is not recording audio.

How do I actually do this ? My NVR only has one USB port - where the mouse is plugged in........? if I plug in a USB stick with the .PAK file how am I meant to be able to control the UI to upgrade it?

It's Catch 22!

I feel I must be missing something but I have no idea what!

I just use a standard USB 2.0 splitter/hub so that I can have a mouse and thumb drive connected in parallel.

Hi, there are 2 USB ports on the NVR. One is on the front panel and another is on the rear panel. For the upgrade, please refer to Upgrade Firmware on PoE NVR.
