Why have there been no firmware updates for ANY products in the last 4 months so far, despite previously having updates every few weeks.

Is Reolink having staffing issues, or have you stopped producing firmware updates altogether?

This is a big question for both current customers and potential new customers.

Hi there, we have updated the firmware for the PoE camera with person/vehicle detection. We are still working on the firmware updating on other cameras. We will continue to make it better. Please don't worry about that.

Unless Reolink can get their cameras with Hardware IDs of IPC_523128 to perform better with Blue Iris software, I would reconsider purchasing them. No firmware updates for 2 months (since Aug 24th, 2021) v3.0.0.494. This version of firmware degrades frame rates and key-frame rates if you view the main stream through Blue Iris. When in "Night Mode" (black and white) the frame rate on both the main and substreams degrade to about half of normal daytime frame rates.

Are you developing new firmware to address these issues?

@brant_459655085301981 I too use BlueIris and agree with you Reolink have updated a few of their newer cameras so support setting a fixed iframe. I feel if they also included this setting on other cameras including the RLC-410 range which seam popular they would also make more sales, more people would advertise within social media that the work without issue, but at the moment I feel their are better options, the non fixed iframe / key is an issue.
