I would like someone off-site to monitor my camera.
How can I accomplish this need?

If they install the Reolink 'app' (Android or Apple) and you tell them the UID, user name, and password to the camera they can use the app to live stream and do playback.
When you want them to stop, changing the user name/password will lock them out.
