Hi Reolink Team,I am using a RLC-410-5MP without an SD Card, every motion-deteced video is saved to network attached storage (NAS from Synology) via FTP-Protocol, that works very fine. Unfortunately I can't see the motion-detected videos in the Reolink App on my cellphone. Do you have any idea how I can see the videos in the Reolink App on my cellphone? Kind regards,Moritz Screenshot-2020-10-08-093105.png

Hi @Cynthia,well, I think I have found the correct Wiki-Entry: https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900000640366?input_string=write+to+ftp+server+%E2%80%93+playback%3FI think it won't work...
Sorry, you can't see the videos in the Reolink App on the cellphone when you save the videos to the NAS. The Reolink APP only supports the playback the videos saved on the SD card.
Hi Cynthia, okay, thank you. I have a following question: If my camera works by motion-detection and records the video via Reolink Client on a local hard disk (Windows), where do I have a kind of "Overview" about the recorded files? In my opinion it should be something like a timeline with "marks" for the motion detection and not the windows explorer. Thank you
