The latest firmware of RLC-810A and RLC-820A is v3.0.0.494. Can you check if yours is the latest one? You can find out the system information following this article. If it is not the latest one, you can download the firmware according to the camera model and hardware version of your camera.

With this firmware, there is an "object size" setting. You can adjust the object size that the camera needs to detect. We are also working on improving the algorithm of person/vehicle detection. You can send the false alert video to support#reolink.com (replaced # with @) and our tech will enhance the detection technology based on those videos.
