My RLC-810A camera's buffer a lot using the Reolink Windows client....

On the positive side, using the Reolink Andriod App on my Samsung phone, the RLC-810A video footage looks great in "clear" mode. When viewing the same video on my Windows laptop or Windows desktop using the Reolink Windows client, the video will buffer in "clear mode". Reducing from clear to standard mode stops the buffering, but the picture quality is reduced. I've been told the issue is my internet speed or router, but my Samsung phone in Wifi mode and Reolink andriod App is using the same router with no video image problems at all. I have been having this issue for the past 6 months. Would appreciate some help.
