RLC-423 IR Lights.

You know how if you go outside at night and look at your cameras you can see the IR lights glow red?
Or if you take a picture of the camera with your phone you can see the lights?
I have 4 RLC-410's 1 RLC-423 and a C2.... At night/in the dark all the lights are on and red on all of the cameras except the RLC-423... only the bottom 2 appear to be working out of the 6.
Is this normal?
any diagnostics i can run to see if all 6 lights are working and maybe just not needed due to ambient lighting? -
Adjust the zoom of the camera and you'll see all 6 LEDs up and ON.

That is not a good Feature for this Camera and not User Friendly.
