Hi, I have the RLC-810A and since updating the firmware to v3.0.0.494 some image settings have gone and new ones have appeared. Under the advanced image settings i now have 'Highlights & Shadows' adjustments where as before there was other settings which i cant remember them all but where 'white balance' 'exposure' & 'back light'.

Why have these gone? Is it a bug? Can all image settings not be incorporated i.e the new ones and the previous ones?

The reason I ask is because i'm having issues with night-vision performance. People appear 'Ghostly' ie legs disappear, faces cannot be made out, the moving portion of the image is blurry and MD is just not working at night - it fails to trigger any alarms when people pass by. Day time is brilliant, MD works great, very few (1 or 2) false alarms and doesn't miss people.

The advanced image settings have been modified as the Brightness&Shadows settings. It will work better and easier to adjust the parameter.

You can try to adjust the Black and White setting to "Auto". If the problem remains, you can adjust the Anti-flicker to 50HZ, other or closed.

I have set Black and white to auto and anti-flicker to 50Hz. MD at night works much better now but the images a still blurry and faces cannot be clearly seen.
