FTP Upload for REO is not working

Hi Guys,

My provider is all inkl .

I have created an ftp user and verified that it is working using filezilla.

My camera model is:
Model: RLC-410W
UID: 952700030X3F1F0G
Build 21062202
IPC_51316M
v3.0.0.0

I have used the dns hostname as well as the IP address from all-inkl.

@marco_481298836766886 Hello Marco, by saying not working, are you referring that no images or videos are uploaded to your FTP server? Does the FTP upload test succeed or not?
