Greetings,

I just got a Reolink Go. I can view live feed, but if I try to download a video from the microSD card, the camera disconnects - but it doesn't say why it disconnects. How can I find out the reason trying to download a file causes the camera to disconnect?

An article says to try using the app, but I have the same problem.

Do you set the stream mode to fluent? Try to download a shorter video. If the problem remains, you can try to check if the signal is strong enough on your phone and the camera.
