Reolink Go Sim card

I am looking to purchase a Reolink Go 3G 4G, and would like any advice on how to go about it.
Sim card type?
O2 seem to have the strongest signal in my area.
I checked on the O2 site and unlimited storage is £34 per month!!
What storage would you recommend, and do you top it up each time??
