Hello there! Im using multiple Reolink GO PT - Cameras for a TV-production. In the Reolink software im watching the videofeeds from different cameras i have connected. The problem is that if i stay in fullscreen and surveying a camera it will pause after a while since "nothing happens". A pop-up shows up and a coundown for 1 minutes start. I need this warning to not show up, and give me a videofeed as long as im connected to the camera and displaying it, in the software.

I couldnt find anythig in the software-setting, any tips?

Thanks you for the help ❤

@haldor-h-jøsendal_496801484447987 Hello Haldor, thank you for reaching out. The Go PT is a battery-powered camera and it is not designed for continuous streaming.

To avoid quick battery drainage, we have set up a videofeed streaming time limitation. And there is no way to stop the warning sign from showing up. Streaming the camera for too long does not only drain the battery but also damage the battery. That's why we set up such a limitation. Hope this clarifies.
